Welcome to the Hill Valley Neighborhood Association (Hill Valley HOA) website. The Hill Valley HOA is located in Traverse City, Michigan at the foot of Grand Traverse Bay, a 32 mile long bay of Lake Michigan.  Grand Traverse Bay is divided into two arms by the ten mile long Old Mission Peninsula, which is attached at its base to Traverse City.  The Hill Valley HOA overlooks the bay's west arm and is located in the Morgan Farms PUD (Planned Unit Development) at the foot of Leelanau County.  All just a few hundred feet to the beaches of Grand Traverse Bay, the Grand Traverse Yacht Club, shopping and restaurants!  Hill Valley offers access to the TART trail leading directly to downtown Traverse City and to the magnificent natural beauty of Leelanau Peninsula.  The majestic Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is located less than a half hour west.
