Rental Policy
Hill Valley Rental Policy
Please be advised of the HVNA Rental Policy which in part includes:
1. Limits the number of Hill Valley homes that can be rented at any one time to six (6) of the forty-one (41) potential homes in Hill Valley.
2. It makes the minimum rental period of any Hill Valley home One (1) year.
3. The same home may be rented for no more than Four (4) consecutive years, unless there are no other homes awaiting rental or less than six (6) are rented. In the later case a homeowner may apply for yearly extensions.
4. One owner cannot rent more than one (1) Hill Valley Residence at any given time.
5. A fine of $200 per month will be assessed against any owner who violates the rental policy.
6. Assessed fines will be collected in accordance with the By Laws Articles on liens.
7. Anyone planning to rent their home should first contact the Hill Valley board to review the Rental Policy and all associated documents/forms.
